Maybe all Japanese hotels are like this? But we were mindblown with the facilities and attention to detail: The bathroom, mirror and toilet heating, lighting controls, the bathrobes and amenity kits, and so much more. The service and ease of requesting things also helped make our stay super comfortable. The location is also excellent, within a few blocks of different metro lines and Dotonbori with tons of bars, restaurants and nightlife, but also far enough so it's quiet.

1. The bathroom is well equipped, with hanger, warmer air, electric toliet and hygiene amenities - eg combs, brush and kids pak 2. Great location 3. Lot of free TV entertainment 4. Room cleaning daily

My mother has a problem with her mobility. They allowed us to use the wheelchair to roam around during our stay. I also love that they have an Ice machine, microwave, and laundry area downstairs. I always stay in APA because of their location and value for money

The breakfast would be rated as fair. I would have preferred more variety, however the food was good.

Easy to check in and out. The room is basic, but had everything I needed for my stay. Amazing location.
